The first week of Feburary, Adrian and I went to Maui with Kenny and my parents. And Let me tell you what….Hawaii is always fun and it NEVER gets old. I love that place. I think I may have Adrian buy me a place there someday..anyone want to visit in 30 years?

Hiking Palisades this weekend was an eye opener for us. I don’t think I have thought of hiking in Idaho for decades…we always wait until we are on vacation and do crazy long fun waterfall hikes. Cody and Melanie Martin stayed the night Friday and talked us into going hiking Saturday. Let me tell you…Idaho can actually be pretty! It was gorgeous. I know everyone in the world has probably done the Palisades Lake/Creek hike but this was a first for us…(well the first I remember…if Dad reads this he is totally going to complain that he did his duty as a father and took me there when I was little….sorry dad don’t remember..you wasted your time ). It is good to remember that we live in a beautiful place and I don’t have to take a plane ride to enjoy the beauty of the world. I bought a book “Trails of Eastern Idaho” and I think we may just go straight through and explore…ANYONE WANT TO EXPLORE IDAHO? call me.
